LOCAL COUNCIL ELECTIONS – THURSDAY 2nd MAY 2019

Clerk Gallery

Elections will be held for both Crowle & Ealand Town Council and North Lincolnshire Council on Thursday 2 May 2019.

Polling Station details will be available in due course.

Parish and town councils are led by democratically elected councillors from the local community.
Local councils run elections to encourage residents who are passionate about their community to stand for election and thus contribute towards what goes on in their community. These councillors, as representatives of the first tier of local government and close with their communities are best placed to engage with residents to find out what the real local issues are and how to overcome them. They then go on to decide what services and projects the council will deliver throughout the year.

Do you, or someone you know, have what it takes to be a local councillor?

Why don’t you stand for your local council and influence what happens in your community.

Contact the Town Clerk on 01724 710020 or clerk@crowleandealandcouncil.org. Useful information; ‘All about local councils’ and ‘Be a councillor’ can be found at www.ernllca.info

The closing date for receipt of the nomination forms is WEDNESDAY, 3 APRIL 2019 AT 4 PM.
